About the Journal
The Journal of Scientific Shenanigans is an open-access publication dedicated to the rigorous documentation of side projects, curiosity-driven analyses, and questions that refused to leave the authors alone despite having no clear funding pathway. Submissions are expected to reflect genuine work, honestly reported, the journal merely declines to insist that this be joyless.
Peer Review Policy
All submissions undergo single-blind review by at least two colleagues who owe the editor a favour. Reviewers are asked to assess:
(1) Is this funny?
(2) Are the conclusions supported by the evidence, however chaotic?
(3) Are the units correct?
